1. General Provisions

1.1. This document governs the relationship between the online store "THE BRICKERY" (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the Buyer regarding the ordering of goods on the website thebrickery.shop.

1.2. By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have fully read and agree to the terms and conditions of this offer.

2. Goods and Product Description

2.1. The Website features construction sets and compatible parts that comply with global standards.

2.2. The appearance of the goods shown in photographs may differ slightly from their actual appearance due to variations in production batches. Such differences do not constitute a defect or deficiency in the goods.

3. Formation of Contract and Payment

3.1. The contract of sale is deemed concluded at the moment the Buyer confirms the order and the funds are received in the Seller's account.

3.2. Payment is made as a one-time transaction, constituting a 100% upfront payment. Payment data (card details) are processed through the international system Stripe; the Seller does not have access to full information regarding the payment instrument used.

4. Specifics of the Dropshipping Model

4.1. The Seller does not store the goods in its own warehouse. Orders are shipped directly from the warehouses of partner suppliers.

4.2. The delivery times indicated at the time of placing an order are estimated. The Seller makes commercially reasonable efforts to meet these deadlines; however, the Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by the actions of delivery services, customs authorities, or suppliers.

5. Liability of the Parties and Limitations

5.1. The Seller's liability to the Buyer is limited to the value of the paid order.

5.2. The goods are intended exclusively for personal use. The use of the goods for commercial purposes without prior agreement with the Seller is prohibited.

6. Product Safety Warnings

6.2. All construction sets contain small parts. Use of these products by children under the age of 3 without adult supervision is prohibited to avoid the risk of ingestion. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they are purchasing products appropriate for the intended user's age.

7.2. In the event of any disputes, the parties undertake to resolve them through negotiation.
