Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Delivery Zones and Timeframes

1.1. We ship to all countries within the European Union and to the United States of America.

1.2. As we operate on a dropshipping model (direct shipment from the manufacturer), delivery times vary depending on the supplier's warehouse location and local logistics.

Standard timeframe: 7 to 14 business days (for the majority of orders within the EU/USA).

In rare cases (due to seasonal volume peaks or remote regions), the timeframe may extend to 21–28 business days.

1.3. Customs Duties and Taxes: The Buyer is responsible for the payment of all import duties, taxes (including VAT/EU), and fees that may arise upon the importation of goods into the recipient's country. These costs are not included in the order price.

2. Order Tracking

2.1. Once an order has been dispatched, we send a tracking number to the Buyer's email address. The tracking status may take 3–5 business days to update from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier.

3. Returns of Non-Defective Goods

3.1. The Buyer has the right to return an item within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item has not been used.
  • The original retail appearance, factory packaging, and seals remain intact.
  • There are no signs of assembly or mechanical damage.

3.2. Return Shipping Costs: In the event of a return of non-defective goods, the cost of return shipping to the supplier's warehouse must be paid by the Buyer.

4. Returns of Defective Goods (Claims)

4.1. If the received item contains a manufacturing defect (missing parts, damage, or incorrect contents), the Buyer must report the issue to thebrickeryshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.

4.2. To process your request, please attach the following:

  • Photos or video footage of the defect.
  • Photos of the packaging (in cases involving damage sustained during transit).

4.3. Upon review, we will offer either a replacement of the item (at our expense) or a full refund of the purchase price.

5. Refund Procedure

5.1. A decision regarding a refund is made within 3–5 business days after we receive confirmation of the defect or after the returned item is received at our warehouse.

5.2. Funds are refunded to the same bank card or payment method (e.g., Stripe) that was used to make the original payment.

5.3. The time required for the funds to be credited depends on the issuing bank and typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items and Special Conditions

6.1. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged by the Buyer as a result of improper assembly or physical impact.

6.2. In cases where the tracking number indicates a "Delivered" status but the Buyer has not received the order, the Buyer must independently check with neighbors or at their local post office. Claims regarding undelivered packages will be accepted within 7 days from the date the "Delivered" status was recorded.
